Commercial Head Office Renovation

CSL was hired as the General Contractor, to complete the  selective demolition and interior improvements across approximately 76,000 sq ft of existing office space. Renovations took place on the Basement, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors of the building, which was constructed of precast concrete and structural steel, with curtain wall and metal cladding on the exterior. The renovation was undertaken to modernize the existing space and bring it up to current building code and accessibility standards. Interior demolition was carefully executed in phases to support ongoing operations within the building and ensure minimal disruption to active workspaces. The new modernized space now features private and shared workspaces, multiple meeting and conference rooms, a staff lunch room and kitchenette, washrooms, an employee lounge, a fitness area/multipurpose room with locker and washrooms, training rooms, and various ancillary spaces.
