Maple Lodge Farms Cogen Hot Water Expansion

This project involved the construction of a 2,360 sq. ft. addition to the existing Cogen Hot Water Filtration building, consisting of a conventional concrete foundation and pre-engineered structure. The scope of work included the supply and install of all man doors, specialty overhead doors, exterior lighting systems and rerouted steam blow down line. Inside the building, CSL completed the installation of Owner supplied Direct Contact Water Heaters and pump skids, service piping, electrical distribution equipment, lighting and fire alarm system, sprinkler system, fire rated masonry partition walls, structural steel mezzanine, concrete floor slab with trench drain, subfloor drainage piping, heating and ventilation equipment ducting and controls, control systems and other ancillary building systems.
