Metalworks Spring Mill Distillery and Restaurant

The Metalwork building was an existing 39,000sf heritage building, originally built as a distillery in the 1830s. The new development transformed the existing building from its semi-dilapidated state to a fully restored structure and exterior envelope, with two additions on the east and south sides. The building is now home to a prominent distillery, upscale restaurant, and administrative office spaces.
