Conestoga College Robotics Lab Renovation

CSL served as General Contractor for renovations to the existing robotics laboratory spaces at Conestoga College, home to a program that repurposes donated Toyota robots into specialty parts. The scope encompassed selective demolition, construction of new concrete masonry and interior partition walls, and the installation of new ceilings, doors, and finishes, along with modifications to mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and building automation systems. With the work taking place inside an active educational facility, CSL delivered the project in carefully sequenced phases, maintaining strict safety protocols and coordinating closely with campus stakeholders to minimize disruption to ongoing academic operations.
