Conestoga College Market Square Campus Fit Out

The Market Square building is an iconic fixture in downtown Kitchener, with the two-storey glass entrance dominating the corner of King and Frederick St. Conestoga College contracted CSL to complete interior renovations to 85,000 sq. ft. of the lower and main floor levels, creating a new International Student Campus with state-of-the-art technologically advanced classrooms and office space. Pre-Construction required selective demolition throughout the building to establish the new floor plan layout. Work on the new floor plan is well underway with; glass screen partitions installed in all offices and classrooms, interior painting completed, and a feature staircase being erected and fabricated on-site. This project maintained superior site safety as it was completed in an occupied setting.
