Conestoga College E Wing Life Science Lab Renovation

This project consisted of a major interior renovation to transform approximately 13,100 sq ft of 3rd floor classrooms within Conestoga College’s  E Wing into teaching and research labs, as well as the removal and replacement of E-Wing’s roof. Another unique aspect of this project was that it needed to meet the Canadian Biodiversity Standards Level 2 (2015, PHAC, Chapter 2) for the development of physical containment areas with consideration for the handling and manipulation of human pathogens and toxins and/or animal pathogens as required.
