Conestoga College 2A600 Renovation

This general contracting project involved a 5,300 sq ft interior renovation to a portion of the 2nd floor of Conestoga’s Doon Campus. Major components included, selective demolition to parts of the existing building, architectural casework, structural steel framing and reinforcing, hollow metal frames and wood doors, door hardware, steel stud and drywall interior partitions, drywall ceilings and metal suspension systems, acoustic panel ceilings, tile floor, wall finishes, carpeting, wall coverings, painting, countertops, rooftop mechanical units, exhaust fans, sprinklers, electrical services and components, security and door access controls.
