AIM Recycling Kitchener

CSL was hired to act as the Construction Manager to complete the construction of a new 12, 659 sq ft industrial building with all associated earthwork, and hardscaping. The facility includes 3,035 sq ft of office space and 9,612 sq ft of warehouse. The building’s foundation was constructed using a combination of caissons, grade beams, and conventional concrete foundations. The structure above grade was built using structural steel and steel deck.
